Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 3, 2026
1. Scope
This policy covers sasquatchcreativetx.com only — the marketing website of Sasquatch Creative LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("Sasquatch Creative," "we," "us"). Our online store at shop.sasquatchcreativetx.com and our software products have their own privacy policies; if you buy or use a product, those policies govern that relationship. This one covers what happens when you browse this site, use the results calculator, or contact us.
2. What we collect
2.1 Results calculator submissions
If you use the results calculator, you send us an industry, a monthly budget figure, a ZIP code, and optionally your average job value and close rate. Our estimate service computes a response from built-in benchmark data and returns it. We store each submission, together with the advertising attribution described in section 2.5, in a database for up to 90 days so we can connect the ads we run to the inquiries they produce. A calculator_submit analytics event (industry, budget, ZIP) also fires to our analytics, described in 2.4.
2.2 Phone and email contact
This site currently has no contact forms. If you call or email us using the links on the site, we receive whatever you choose to share, plus the ordinary metadata that comes with a call or email (your number or address, the time, and for email, standard message headers). We keep business correspondence as business records.
2.3 Contact forms
When utilizing site contact forms (if and when offered), we collect the fields the form displays — typically name, email, phone, and details about your business and goals — used to respond to your inquiry as described in section 3. As of this policy's effective date, this site does not offer a contact form; this section applies only when one is present.
2.4 Analytics
This site loads Google Tag Manager (container GTM-KSG6S2SD), which loads Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion measurement. These tags set cookies and collect usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser information, and interaction events (including the calculator event above).
2.5 Ad click identifiers and campaign attribution
When you arrive at this site from an ad or a tracked link, the landing URL can carry advertising click identifiers — such as Google Ads gclid, gbraid, or wbraid, Microsoft msclkid, Meta fbclid, and similar identifiers from other advertising platforms — along with campaign (UTM) parameters. We keep these values, the landing page URL, the referring site, and first/last visit timestamps in your browser's local storage for up to 90 days, so that if you later use the results calculator we can attribute your inquiry to the ad that brought you here. This attribution is transmitted to us, and stored with your submission (section 2.1), only when you submit the calculator. If you decline cookies via the banner, or your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, we neither keep nor transmit any of it, and anything previously stored in your browser is removed.
2.6 Hosting logs
The site is served by Cloudflare, which logs requests (IP address, user agent, timestamps) as part of operating and securing the service.
3. How we use information
- Responding to your calls, emails, and inquiries about our services.
- Producing the estimate you asked the calculator for.
- Understanding how the site is used so we can improve it.
- Marketing our own services — we don't use your information to market anyone else's.
4. Sharing and processors
We share information with the service providers that run this site for us:
- Google: tag management and analytics (section 2.4).
- Cloudflare: hosting, CDN, the serverless function behind the calculator, and the database that stores calculator submissions and attribution (sections 2.1 and 2.5).
We do not sell personal information for money. However, our use of Google Analytics may transmit online identifiers (cookies, device information, usage data) to Google in ways that qualify as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under the California CPRA, or as a "sale" under the broad definitions in some state privacy laws. You can opt out of this sharing at any time: see Your privacy choices (section 7). We also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a valid opt-out, automatically.
We do not share personal information with third parties for their own independent marketing.
5. Retention
Calculator submissions and the ad-click attribution described in sections 2.1 and 2.5 are retained for 90 days, then deleted automatically. Google Analytics user-level and event-level data is retained for 14 months per our Google Analytics data-retention settings, then deleted automatically. Emails, call records, and related business correspondence are retained for 7 years, in line with standard tax and accounting record-keeping requirements, then deleted or anonymized.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights over your personal information:
- Access / right to know: request a copy of the personal information we hold about you and how we use it.
- Deletion: request that we delete personal information we hold about you.
- Correction: request that we correct inaccurate personal information.
- Opt out of sale/sharing and targeted advertising: direct us not to share your information for cross-context behavioral or targeted advertising (section 7).
- Non-discrimination: we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
These rights are provided to California residents under the CCPA/CPRA and to Texas residents under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act; residents of other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have similar rights. To exercise any right, email info@sasquatchcreativetx.com with "Privacy request" in the subject line. We will verify your request and respond within 45 days (extendable once by a further 45 days where the law allows, in which case we'll tell you). If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision, and we will respond to your appeal as applicable law requires.
7. Your privacy choices — cookies and opting out
The cookies on this site come from the analytics described in section 2.4. You can opt out of analytics cookies and the associated sharing in any of these ways:
- The cookie banner shown on your first visit — choose "Decline" and analytics tags will not set cookies or collect data. To change an earlier choice, use the "Cookie preferences" button below.
- Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends the GPC signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out automatically. No further action is needed.
- Blocking or deleting cookies in your browser settings.
- Installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
- Adjusting Google Ads Settings for ad personalization across Google services.
8. Children
This site markets business services and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and its last-updated date. Material changes to how we handle personal information will be flagged prominently here.
